The Fuerte avocado is a fruit green in color, pear-like in shape, and ranging from 500 – 650 grams. It has smooth, medium-thin skin that peels easily, with a pale green flesh. It is marginally oily with a rich and creamy flavor. It is still considered by many to be the best tasting avocado. What is food without an avocado??? Last year the harvest was very encouraging and this year by mid February they will be ready for harvest. I encourage bulk buyers to visit our farm.
